Spicy Sauteed Shrimps Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 3 medium onions chopped lengthwise
  • 25-30 medium size shrimps or prawns
  • 1 tbsp of ketchup
  • 2-3 tbsp of recheado masala
  • salt to taste


Directions:

  • Clean the shrimps, wash, apply a little salt and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
  • Heat a pan with some oil add the shrimps and saute them till lightly brown. Take off heat and keep aside.
  • In the same pan add the onions and saute till light brown. Then add the recheado masala, ketchup and salt to taste. Saute for 2 more minutes add the sauteed shrimps and mix it well.
  • Serve it with rice or bread.
