Cooking Tips

Requirements:

1. Pomfret or Makaral or Pampano or Fish stakes like Halibut
2. Clean and Fillet the fish Or Calamari (Squids) or Oysters
3. 1 Lime

Recheado Fry:

1. Apply salt to fish fillet
2. Stuff the fish fillet with Recheado Masala
3. Shallow fry the fish till golden brown
4. Serve Recheado Fried fish with rice, salad and lime wedge

Appetizer: Calamari or Oysters

1. 1 pound or 1/2 kg of Calamari or Oysters
2. Cook seafood in 1/2 cup of water with salt on slow fire for 10 mins.
3. Slice red 2 red onions
4. Fry sliced red onions till golden brown
5. Add cooked seafood to golden brown onions
6. Add 2 tbls spoon of Recheado Masala and stir fry for 10 mins on slow fire.

Storage Instruction: Once opened store in refrigerator.
