Cafreal Stuffed Pork Chop

Ingredients:

  • 6 pork chop 1/2” thickness
  • 2 medium size onions
  • 4 tbsp of seasoned vinegar
  • ½ tbsp. of sugar
  • 4 tbsp of Cafreal Masala (Goan Imports)
  • 6 or 12 toothpicks(depends)
  • Salt to taste.
Directions:
  • Apply 2 tbsp of vinegar, 2 tbsp of cafreal masala, and salt to the pork chop keep aside.
  • Chop the onions fine heat up oil and fry them till light brown.
  • Add the remaining 2 tbsp of cafreal masala along with sugar and the remaining vinegar.
  • Sauté for about 2 minutes. Take it off the heat and let it cool.
  • One’s cooled divide into 6 equal portions.
  • Stuff each pork chop, roll it and hold it with a toothpick u can use 1 or 2 as required.
  • For this recipe I used 2 toothpicks for each chop.

  • pork chops till all the moisture is evaporated and is cooked thoroughly. Enjoy you chop!!!
